This customer was selling this home after receiving it through an inheritance. The home inspector flagged the roof during the home inspection and knew it would need to be replaced to be insurable for the new homeowners. It had storm damage as well as wear and tear from being a much older roof. Our storm restoration specialist met with the insurance adjuster at the property and ensured all exterior damage to the home was also addressed. Insurance replaced the roof and accessories, as well as reglazed a broken window and replaced some damaged siding. The house was left restored and fresh for the new home owners.
