This property was originally denied replacement through insurance but after our thorough inspection we were able to have the insurance company cover three slopes. During replacement we found that a previous roofer had cross-ventilated the roof by using two conflicting types of ventilation. We were able to fix this issue and give the home correct ventilation which will help lower this family’s energy bills. The insurance company also paid for new deck stain, siding, window screens and more which afforded this family updates on the exterior of their home and an upgraded roofing system which will last them for years to come.
